Omaya Hall, CSCS

Associate Director of Strength and Conditioning – Meyer Institute of Sport

Specializing in movement-based strength and performance, Mr. Hall works with professional, amateur, and youth athletes who are recovering from a wide variety of orthopedic and sport related injuries. In addition, Mr. Hall trains healthy athletes and individuals looking to improve all aspects of sport performance in a medically and data supported approach.

Mr. Hall is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA); holds a certification in Applied Functional Science from the Gray Institute. Mr. Hall has extensive experience in the research and application of acceleration and maximum velocity development as a factor to enhance sport performance. Mr. Hall’s professional coaching career began in 2016 when he came on as the personal S&C coach to a MLB player. He held this position through the 2019 season, helping his athlete set career highs in each succeeding season.

Serving the Los Angeles community since 2013, Mr. Hall has been providing strength and performance training to a wide range of individuals including adolescent, amateur, and professional athletes.
